By using the Proxygen application we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the app if you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
License
Unless otherwise stated, Fresh Bits owns the intellectual property rights to the Proxygen app. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Subscriptions
If you buy a subscription to Proxygen Pro features, a payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after confirming the purchase. This subscription will automatically get renewed until it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will get charged for the next subscription period within 24 hours prior the end of the current period. Management and cancellation of your active subscriptions is possible by navigating to your account settings in App Store. Note that purchases of Proxygen Pro subscriptions are final and Fresh Bits cannot issue refunds for these purchases.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fresh Bits, its customers and licensors (if any) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your: (a) use of the service; (b) violation of this Agreement or any law or regulation; or © violation of any right of a third party.
No Warranties
Proxygen app is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
